​AKD advises Coöperatieve Nederlandse Champignonkwekersvereniging U.A. on the divestment of CNC Holding B.V.

A thorough and detailed sales process has resulted in the sale of CNC Holding B.V., a leading pan-European producer and supplier of substrate for mushroom cultivation, to Sun European Partners LLP, a leading private investment advisory firm.

The proposed transaction now enters into the phase of obtaining required merger control approvals, which shall be advised by AKD as well.

The AKD team that advised on this multi-disciplinary divestment was led by Zabdaj Pollen and further consisted of Mickey Engel, Ruben Schulpen, Rutger van Thiel, Robert Jean Kloprogge, Sjoerd Waagmeester and Joost Houdijk.
