A multi-specialist AKD team led by Lennart Crain has advised SUSE on the acquisition of the full stack observability platform StackState.

EQT-backed SUSE is a global leader in innovative, open and secure enterprise-grade solutions. StackState’s technology gives IT teams the fastest path to identifying and remedying issues within their containerised cloud-based environments through a single observability platform.
With StackState, SUSE will accelerate cloud native observability for businesses by integrating the platform into Rancher Prime, the industry’s most widely adopted enterprise container management platform.

For this transaction, AKD leveraged its Benelux offering, as the transaction included significant Luxembourg aspects, as well as the firm’s multidisciplinary offering.
