AKD has advised Hessing Supervers on the refinancing of a loan provided by Coöperatieve Rabobank, Rabo Leasing as senior lenders and by a consortium consisting of Provincie Limburg and N.V. Limburgs Instituut voor Ontwikkeling en Financiering (LIOF) as junior lenders. The refinancing was used to facilitate growth and expansion of Hessing Supervers’s operations and to further develop the centralised production and distribution facility to be constructed in the Venlo area.

One of the largest pioneers in the food processing industry, Hessing Supervers has been a specialist in this field for over 50 years. Hessing supplies supermarkets, fast-food chains, wholesalers, catering businesses and inflight caterers with their fresh processed fruit and vegetables.
