An AKD deal team has advised the shareholders of Konings-Zuivel BV on the sale to Euro Fresh Food, a portfolio company of the Belgian Heylen Group.

Konings-Zuivel is a prominent importer and distributor of dairy products in the Netherlands and specific FMCG (A-brands) in Europe.
Euro Fresh Foods is an international partner in sourcing and distribution of dairy products and beverages within the Benelux. With the strategic acquisition of Konings-Zuivel BV, Euro Fresh Foods strengthens its market position.

The AKD deal team was led by Nathalie van Woerkom and further consisted of Valéry Schaap, Tycho Heijnsbroek, Vincent Langenhuijsen, and Bas Scheepers (Corporate M&A).
