AKD has advised Marlin Equity Partners, a global investment firm with over $8.5 billion of capital under management, on its recommended voluntary tender offer to acquire all shares of Meltwater N.V. (a Dutch N.V. listed on Oslo Børs - Euronext) together with Altor through its joint bid vehicle MW Investment B.V.
Shareholders of Meltwater will be offered an offer price of NOK 18 per share, valuing the total share capital of Meltwater at a market capitalisation of approx. NOK 5,800 million (approx. EUR 542 million).
