A multi-practice team from AKD has assisted private investors with the sale of an investment and real estate management business to private equity firm Round Hill Capital. Round Hill acted in concert with a co-investor from the Middle East. The portfolio is part of a business geared towards students and young professionals looking to lease their first apartments. The business converts existing buildings that are not in use anymore and that are located in the centres of various mid-size cities in the Netherlands into comfortable residential complexes.

AKD assisted on aspects including Corporate, Tax, Finance, Employment, IP and Litigation as well as Warranty&Indemnity insurance.
