AKD has assisted Youfone in the sale of its Dutch activities to KPN in a transaction worth around EUR 200 million. Over 500,000 Youfone customers already make use of KPN's mobile network. Youfone will continue to operate independently within the KPN group.

Led by Nathalie van Woerkom, the AKD team consisted of Jaap van de Rakt, Valéry Schaap, Bas Scheepers, Ludo Luijks and Maud Plattel.
