AKD has advised 31Capital on their investment in Elektro-Groeneweg Installatie B.V. (“EG”), a Dutch company that installs and advises on electrotechnics and electronic security systems. 31Capital recently branched off as an independent investment company, after having been a private equity team within De Hoge Dennen for years.

AKD was called upon to assist with the spin-out and this first investment by 31Capital.

Led by Nathalie van Woerkom, the AKD team consisted of, among others, Thyla Fontein-Streefkerk, Jochem Timmermans, Renate Punt-Huizer, Ludo Luijks and Maud Plattel.
