An AKD deal team has assisted the former shareholder of LifeCity with the sale of its fitness clubs – LifeCity Amersfoort Centrum, LifeCity Amersfoort Noord and LifeCity Baarn – to SportCity.

LifeCity is a local fitness club with three locations in Amersfoort and Baarn that has been in business for over fifteen years.
SportCity, established in 1995, is a fitness branch with 110 locations spread across the Netherlands and presents itself as ‘the fitness club around the corner’.

The AKD team was led by Nathalie van Woerkom and further consisted of Valéry Schaap and Tycho Heijnsbroek (Corporate M&A), Floris van Westrhenen and Nino van Deinsen (Real Estate), and Ludo Luijks en Maud Plattel (Tax).
