AKD has assisted Peka Kroef, a 100% family-owned and leading Dutch manufacturer of chilled potato products, with the acquisition of Frespo from investment company Nimbus.
Frespo is a potato processor located in Cuijk, the Netherlands and was formerly part of Aviko.
With this acquisition, Peka Kroef strengthens its position as a leading player in the market for chilled potato products and expands its capacity to meet the growing demand for high-quality potato products.
