AKD has assisted the shareholders of Schotpoort Logistics with the sale to Duvenbeck.

Schotpoort Logistics is a Dutch family-owned company specialising in transport, warehousing, contract and project logistics.
Duvenbeck, as a current portfolio company of Waterland Private Equity, operates as a German full-service logistics provider in the areas of transportation and contract logistics and also offers cross-docking, sequencing and traileryards.

With the acquisition, still subject to approval by the relevant competition authority, Duvenbeck expands its network into the Benelux.

The AKD team consisted of Nathalie van Woerkom and Jochem Timmermans (M&A), Niels Hagelstein (Finance), and Ludo Luijks and Maud Plattel (Tax).
