On 30 May 2023, an asset sale and purchase agreement was concluded regarding the sale and transfer of the entire business of ALO Advisors LLC (ALO) to SWCA Inc. (SWCA). This transaction includes the shares in the Dutch group company of ALO, based in Rotterdam.
ALO is a global consultant with a focus on sustainability, while SWCA is a leading environmental consulting firm.

In this transaction, AKD acted as co-counsel with Gammage & Burnham Plc., headquartered in Phoenix, Arizona, USA.
