An international team from our Amsterdam, Brussels and Luxembourg offices has advised Nordic software company Vitec Software Group, listed on Nasdaq Stockholm, on its acquisition of ABS Laundry Business Solutions, the global market leader in software for the laundry and textile rental industry active on 5 continents.

The AKD team headed by M&A partner Lennart Crain acted as lead counsel to Vitec. The deal involved over 10 jurisdictions and outside our home jurisdictions our team worked seamlessly with foreign “best friends” law firms.
