AKD, with Noerr, advises Borromin Capital on exit of WATR Group

Funds advised by Borromin Capital, a DACH and Benelux focused private equity firm, sold the WATR Group to funds managed by Castik Capital, the long-term focused investment fund. The WATR Group is a leading provider of dewatering and groundwater purification solutions in Europe, with a strong presence in Germany, the Netherlands and Belgium.

AKD acted as Dutch and Belgian counsel on the transaction, with Noerr as lead counsel.

The transaction is subject to regulatory approvals.

The multi-jurisdictional team was led by Lennart Crain (Corporate M&A).
