Our China team is located in Amsterdam and is led by AKD’s managing partner Erwin Rademakers and partner Jeroen Pop.
The team has over 10 years’ experience with assisting Chinese companies in all sectors (from Fortune 500 companies to mid-sized companies) and assisting both holding structures and operational companies in the Netherlands. All documents including notarial documents can be provided in Chinese. AKD is a member of and has a good relationship with NFIA, Chinese banks, and corporate finance companies.
AKD’s China team helps our Chinese clients to navigate the Benelux. At the same time, the team advises Dutch companies on expanding to China, through our close working relationship with leading law firms based in China.
