AKD Benelux lawyers is delighted to announce the appointment of Julien Hick as partner in Brussels.

Belgian and European labour law

Julien specialises in Belgian and European labour law, with a particular focus on corporate employment law matters. In this framework, he assists national and international businesses with restructurings, individual dismissals, transfers of undertakings, compensation and benefits and employment law aspects of M&A transactions. Julien has also developed expertise in data protection aspects of human resources management. 

Julien is an experienced litigator and regularly represents businesses before the Belgian Labour Courts.

Julien's clients include national and international enterprises from various sectors, including the financial services, life sciences and consumer goods industries.

Expanding in Belgium

Prior to joining AKD, Julien was Director at Deloitte Legal in Brussels.
