“Investigating Imtech’s bankruptcy was like a game of Cluedo”

After nine years of investigation and litigation, an agreement has been reached concerning the bankruptcy of installation company Imtech. In an extensive interview with Dutch newspaper Het Financieele Dagblad (‘FD’), AKD partner Fouad el Houzi and DVDW partner Jeroen Princen talk about how this agreement has come about and share their experiences in recent years as bankruptcy trustees.
