On 8 February 2019, Hubert André-Dumont, a partner in AKD's Brussels office, will give a presentation to the board of directors of the CHU UCL Namur (Central Academic Hospitals of Namur, Mont-Godinne and Dinant), which is affiliated with the Faculty of Medicine ofthe Catholic University of Louvain (Belgium).
The session deals with the various liabilities of board members and will also address a number of side issues, such as the duty of loyalty, in particular in light of the recent Proximus CEO clash with the Belgian Prime Minister reported by the press.
