Stichting Car Claim is entitled to take collective action against car manufacturers Renault and Dacia, their parent company, Dutch importer and official Dutch dealers on behalf of all Dutch car drivers. The Amsterdam court decided on 10 April 2024.

This judgment has ended the formal preliminary stage of the procedure. The procedure will now enter the final and substantive phase in which the court will give a substantive judgment on Car Claim's claims.
