About Arjen de Pril
Arjen de Pril is a lawyer at AKD. He advises national and international clients on corporate law and particularly mergers and acquisitions. He has been involved in various national and international transactions, including strategic acquisitions, auctions and private equity deals, as well as share and asset transactions, investments and joint ventures.
