About Ayça Kul 

Ayça Kul is a lawyer at AKD who specialises in EU and competition law. Her practice focuses on procurement law, state aid law and competition law. Working most of the time from Brussels and Rotterdam, Ayça advises both government institutions and companies, whether private or public.

Ayça obtained a bachelor of Laws degree from the Erasmus University in Rotterdam. She then went on to complete a master's degree in International and European Union Law from the same university. Ayça also completed a master's degree in International Business Law from Tilburg University.

Ayça is part of AKD's Türkiye Team and a member of the editorial team of the Competition Law newsletter.
