About Ayzo van Eysinga

Ayzo van Eysinga is a partner at AKD with 25 years of experience in tax law. He provides clients with international tax solutions on a variety of cross-border transactions including private equity, real estate, mergers and acquisitions, financing, fund structuring and joint ventures.
He also advises a broad range of American multinationals on Luxembourg corporation tax and its effects on cross-border acquisitions, project financing, structured financing, securitisations, private equity and venture capital funds, and corporate reorganisations.

Ayzo’s clients are predominantly private equity firms, investment managers and financial institutions from the US, the UK, and Germany.

Ayzo teaches at the University of Luxembourg teaching in the Master 2: i) fund taxations, and ii) taxation of financial instruments, and he regularly participates in seminars and panels. Ayzo is not admitted to the Luxembourg Bar.

He is featured as Recommended in Who’s Who Legal for Corporate Tax: Advisory.
