About Barbara Wilbrink

Barbara Wilbrink is an attorney-at-law at AKD. She specialises in transport and trade law. She advises and represents clients in cases relating to logistics services such as warehousing, freight forwarding, terminal handling and digital logistics platforms, and rail and road transport (CMR). She also has experience drafting and reviewing logistics contracts and terms and conditions.

Barbara successfully completed the postgraduate course in transport law at the Erasmus University Rotterdam and the postgraduate course in contract law at the Grotius Academie.
