About Bente van Dijk

Bente van Dijk has been an attorney-at-law at AKD with 2024. Specialising in information law, she is part of the IP, IT & Data Protection practice group.

On completing her bachelor's degree in Leiden, Bente went on to take the master's degree in Forensics, Criminology and Law at the University of Maastricht. She followed this up with master's in Information Law from the University of Amsterdam. As a student, Bente went through various jobs and internships, typically with law firms.

In addition to her daily practice, Bente is a member of the Rotterdam Young Bar, the Dutch Young Privacy Lawyers Association [Jonge Privacyrecht Advocaten Nederland], and the Benelux Association for Trademarks and Design Law.
