About Brendan Moloney
Brendan Moloney is a senior associate Corporate M&A at AKD, who specialises in corporate law. His practice covers a wide range of areas including mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures and corporate reorganisations. He handles these matters for listed companies, financial institutions and large privately held companies.
Brendan is both a Dutch and German qualified attorney-at-law (currently only registered with the bar association in the Netherlands). Given his background, he frequently advises in transactions that involve German clients.
Brendan is a member of the Dutch Bar Association and the German-Dutch Lawyers Association. In addition to Dutch, Brendan speaks English and German.
