About Cansu Arya-Dursun
Cansu Arya-Dursun is an attorney-at-law at AKD who specialises in Insolvency & Restructuring. Cansu is part of the Litigation & Insolvency practice group. She advises companies on insolvencies, restructuring, Dutch Scheme proceedings, financing, securities and distressed transactions, and litigates in commercial disputes and D&O liability issues.
Cansu is permanent staff member of the editorial board of the online magazine Herstructurering & Recovery Online (HERO). She is a member of the Association of Young Insolvency Lawyers (Vereniging van Jonge Insolventierecht Advocaten) and also of the Netherlands Association for Comparative and International Insolvency Law (Nederlandse Vereniging voor Rechtsvergelijkend en Internationaal Insolventierecht).
