Carlos heads AKD’s Corporate M&A practice.

With two decades of experience, Carlos advises on complex cross-border transactions, on - both domestic and international – strategic and private equity acquisitions, participations, divestments and exits, buyouts, joint ventures, and corporate restructurings, as well as on corporate law issues and critical contracting matters.
