About Daniëlle Joosten

Daniëlle Joosten is a deputy civil-law notary at AKD who is authorised to deputise. Specialising in real estate law, Daniëlle in particular advises on the legal and tax aspects of commercial real estate. Her practice includes the drafting and assessment of contracts of sale, the execution of commercial real estate transactions and foreclosure sales.

In 2019, Daniëlle completed the Grotius post-graduate Property Law course.

Daniëlle's clients include housing associations, municipal councils, project developers, banks, investment institutions and domestic and foreign funds. Her clients appreciate her responsiveness and commitment.
