About Delphine Gomes

Delphine is a senior associate at AKD. From Luxembourg, she advises multinational clients, notably private equity firms, financial institutions and investment funds, on financing matters. Clients value Delphine’s high responsiveness and pragmatism in order to find a balanced solution for all parties involved in a transaction and her on-going commitment to achieve goals timely.

Delphine has extensive experience in all types and aspects of cross-border (re)financing, either internal or external, including granting of loans, issuance of debt instruments, implementation and enforcement of security, on both borrowers’ and lenders’ side.

Delphine has notably developed a strong competence in acquisition finance in relation to private equity deals, which enables her to assist clients in respect of all financing aspects from the early stages of the transaction, including any due diligence process, through the implementation of, or amendment to, any new or existing financing mechanisms, until the repayment or assignment thereof.

Delphine is admitted to practice in both Luxembourg and Paris. She is an active member of the Luxembourg Private Equity Association (LPEA), the International Bar Association (IBA) and the Union Internationale des Avocats (UIA).
