About Florence Poiron

Florence Poiron is an attorney-at-law at AKD who specialises in dispute resolution.

Florence is a member of the Litigation & Insolvency practice group. Her practice focuses on advising and litigating for clients in disputes touching on property law, the law of obligations, insolvency law and other corporate law disputes. Florence also practises bankruptcy law.

Florence is a member of the Dutch Association of Young Insolvency Lawyers, JIRA, and of the Dutch Association of Young Litigators, VJP.

In 2022, Florence completed the Dual Master's degree in Corporate Law at Radboud Nijmegen University.
