About Harro Coppens
Harro Coppens is a partner and attorney-at-law at AKD. The main focus of his practice is area development, real estate transactions and the related consultancy work. In addition to his work as a attorney-at-law, he is also carrying out PhD research at the Construction Law Institute [Instituut voor Bouwrecht] on the effectiveness of municipal land policy and cost recovery.
