About Imède El Moudden

Imède El Moudden is a jurist in the corporate department of AKD Luxembourg.

Before joining AKD in January 2017, he worked in the domiciliation and corporate services industry in Luxembourg for five years. He was in charge of a portfolio of private equity clients and responsible of the day-to-day legal and corporate affairs of a large number of Luxembourg companies.

Imede is dealing with the corporate aspects in relation with the incorporation, the reorganization and the liquidation of legal structures. Imede focuses on corporate law and on private equity funds transactions.

Further to a Private Law degree from University Montpellier I (France), Imede obtained a Master II degree in European Business Law from University Nancy II (France).

A native French speaker, Imède is also fluent in English.
