About Inan Akdeniz
Inan Akdeniz is a partner and lawyer at AKD and specialises in (international) transactions, such as mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, investments, divestments and joint ventures.
Inan also acts as a board counsel of large companies and frequently supervises cross-border transactions in co-operation with law firms in different jurisdictions, coordinating the different facets of such transactions. Inan is fluent in English, Dutch (native) and Turkish (native) and he successfully completed the 'Mergers and Acquisitions' post-graduate program from the Grotius Academy in 2014.
Inan is the founder and head of the Turkey Team of AKD, with a special focus on international companies investing in or via the Netherlands. He works closely with government and semi-government bodies, trust offices, banks, accountancy firms, corporate finance firms and other service providers.
