About Iordanis Arvanitidis

Iordanis is a Banking and Finance Associate at AKD, Luxembourg. His practice covers mainly secured lending transactions, financings (including acquisition, real estate, leveraged and asset finance), debt capital markets, securitisation and financial regulatory work. He advises a broad range of international and local clients composed of multinational financial groups and companies, investment funds and private equity houses.

Prior to joining AKD, Iordanis gained experience in the Luxembourg investment funds’ department of a Big 4 and an independent law firm. He has also experience as in-house legal counsel in various European corporations.

Iordanis alongside his professional activities developed specific interest for new technologies and founded the Hellenic Blockchain Association with main focus on the study and dissemination of the distributed ledger technology in both public and private sectors.
