About Ivo Vreman

Ivo Vreman is a tax adviser and partner at AKD, specialising in the international aspects of Dutch taxation. His broad practice focuses on advising companies on such matters as international restructuring activity, M&As, forging joint ventures, and due diligence processes. Ivo also advises on the tax consequences of regular intercompany transactions, in particular in the areas of transfer pricing and concomitant documentation obligations. In addition, Ivo likes to take a close involvement in other tax compliance obligations of his clients, such as CIT and dividend tax returns, DAC6, etc.

Typically from Asia, North America and Europe, Ivo's clients come from the private equity, chemical, high-tech, entertainment, cosmetics and other sectors.
