About Jeroen Pop

Jeroen Pop is an attorney-at-law and partner at AKD. He focuses on (private) M&A and advises on joint ventures, (cross-border) restructurings and investments and general Dutch corporate law.

Jeroen's clients are corporates in the Netherlands but mainly abroad. They appreciate Jeroen's speed, the ease with which he can be contacted, pragmatic attitude and sincere interest in his clients' business and their motivations.

Jeroen usually works in multidisciplinary teams, together with lawyers and tax lawyers from various countries. He and Erwin Rademakers are co-heads of the AKD Asian desks (Japan, Korea and China).

Jeroen also co-heads AKD’s ESG client focus team.
