Kristina is a lawyer in AKD's Banking & Finance team. She specialises in matters relating to corporate and property law, cross-border financing transactions (syndicated and club-credit facilities, LMA documentation), acquisition finance and restructuring. In addition, Kristina provides legal opinions.
