About Laura Pellens
Laura Pellens is an associate in AKD's energy team and focuses primarily on the energy and climate transition.
She advises on green energy projects (including offshore and onshore wind, solar and hydrogen), the regulation of energy infrastructure (including electricity, natural gas, heat and hydrogen networks), market organisation (including the regulation of network tariffs and subsidy schemes) and emission rights (ETS and CBAM). She also assists clients in drafting and negotiating energy-related contracts (including (corporate) PPAs, (often) FIDIC-based construction contracts and contracts for connection to and access to networks). In addition, she represents clients in dispute resolution proceedings before the Council of State, the Market Court and the Constitutional Court.
