About Laura Vissers
Laura Vissers is a tax adviser at AKD. She advises domestic and international companies with a focus on structuring, private equity, restructuring, M&A, and discussions with the tax authorities.
Laura's main specialist area is the structuring of real estate and energy transactions, advising clients on the CIT and transfer tax consequences.
She is also part of AKD’s Sports & Entertainment team and advises sportspeople and artists.
