About Lucas de Vet
Lucas is an attorney-at-law at AKD who specialises in general administrative law and environmental and planning law. Having many and varied interests and outlooks, Lucas has emphatically embraced energy law and the legal aspects surrounding the energy transition.
Through his background and experience working in European law, Lucas is now part of the Brussels European and Competition Law team. Within this practice group, he focuses on procurement law, State aid law and competition law. His clients include both private enterprises and public institutions.
Lucas read constitutional and administrative law at the University of Utrecht and European law at the University of Leiden.
