About Maartje de Jong

Maartje de Jong is an attorney-at-law at AKD who specialises in corporate law issues and disputes in the care sector. She assists clients with, for example, restructurings, partnerships, the drawing up of contracts and governance issues. She also advises on, among other things, care procurement, contacts with the Dutch Healthcare Authority (NZa) and the Health and Youth Care Inspectorate (IGJ), and disputes between medical specialists and hospitals. Based on her specific expertise Maartje acts primarily on behalf of care providers. Clients from the care sector appreciate her personal approach, no-nonsense mentality and capacity to explain legal issues in approachable language.
