About Mark Littooij

Mark Littooij is an attorney-at-law at AKD who specialises in Litigation & Insolvency.

Mark deals with national or cross-border insolvency and restructuring issues. He also advises and litigates in the field of property and insolvency law on such issues as director's liability, purchase/restarts after bankruptcies, fraudulent preference (actio pauliana), financing and securities.

Mark studied Economics and Law at Erasmus University Rotterdam. He obtained master’s degrees in Dutch civil law and in economics & business economics. During his studies, Mark gained experience in the legal profession by working for law firms.
