About Mark Putting
Mark Putting is an attorney-at-law at AKD who specialises in employment law. Mark has over ten years experience advising and litigating on restructurings, individual dismissals, disputes over non-competition and non-solicitation clauses, occupational disability and a range of flexible employment matters.
He also assists companies and works councils with co-determination issues, and has accumulated a wealth of knowledge on issues concerning the scope of collective bargaining agreements and pension schemes, one being over the question whether membership of an industrial pension fund should be compulsory for companies.
