About Mark van Kippersluis
Mark van Kippersluis is a lawyer at AKD. He specialises in corporate law and company law.
Mark mainly advises on investments and mergers and acquisitions and has been involved in various national and international transactions, including strategic acquisitions, auctions and private equity deals with a focus on, for example, share and asset transactions, investments and joint ventures.
He acts on behalf of national and international companies, funds, investors and management teams. His work for clients like these consists of drawing up purchase and shareholder agreements, helping with and coordinates legal due diligence studies and providing company law advice.
Mark previously worked as an external clerk of court at the Court of Appeal in The Hague and as legal counsel for a foundation.
