About Michael Hajdasinski

Michael is a counsel at AKD and specialises in international (commodities) trade. Michael is part of the Transport & Trade department, and is mainly involved in advising and litigating on international trade in commodities such as metals, minerals, renewable energy and agri-commodities. Michael's clients include mining groups, international oil and gas companies, trading houses, banks, insurance companies, funds and private equity houses.

After completing his law degree in Leiden, where he graduated in Maritime Law, Michael completed the Grotius specialisation course in Transport Law, among other post-academic courses. In addition, Michael obtained certificates in Sustainable Market Transformation from Nyenrode Business University and Sustainable Business Strategy from Harvard Business School.

Based on this registration, Michael is required to obtain ten training credits per calendar year in each registered principal legal practice area in accordance with the standards set by the Netherlands Bar.
