About Myrthe van Deursen

Myrthe van Deursen is an attorney-at-law at AKD who specialises in employment law. She advises and litigates on a broad range of matters within that area of the law.

As legal counsel, Myrthe acts for clients in matters concerning individual and collective dismissals, the employment-law aspects of reorganisations, and issues stemming from co-determination law. Other issues she regularly advises on include occupational disability and the contents of employment and termination contracts. In addition, Myrthe takes a special interest in the aspects of employment law that touch on privacy.

Myrthe’s clients include large and medium-sized national and international organisations. They value her open and straightforward attitude and transparent approach to legal challenges.

Myrthe is also part of AKD’s Sports & Entertainment team and advises sportspeople and artists.
