About Nancy Matos
Nancy Matos is a lawyer at AKD. For more than 15 years she has specialised in mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, joint ventures and corporate law advice, with a particular focus on cross-border transactions.
Nancy’s clients include large international and national companies and they appreciate her expertise, dedication, conscientiousness and reliability.
Nancy is dual qualified and is licensed to practise in the United States. She is a member of the American Bar Association - Section of International Law where she has had various leadership positions. Since 2016 she has been Division Chair of the Business Regulation Division and also served as co-chair of the International M&A Joint Venture Committee from 2012-2014 and as co-chair of the Europe Committee from 2015-2018.
