Nina Tibi is a banking and finance associate at AKD's Luxembourg office.
She advises various multinational clients, including financial institutions, private equity firms and investment funds, on secured lending transactions, debt capital markets, securitisation, asset finance and financial regulatory work.
Nina holds a master's degree in business law and financial sector from the University of Toulouse.
