About Nour Riyahi
Nour Riyahi is a lawyer at AKD who specialises in employment law.
Having started her career as a lawyer in September 2021, Nour focuses on labour law as well as social security, pensions, privacy and HR income tax matters.
She regularly assists Belgian and international companies, SMEs or associations on day-to-day HR management. She advises on subjects ranging from restructurings, salary package to audits, and from the employment law aspects of M&A transactions to transaction-related issues in general.
Nour has an interest in social and tax aspects of compensation and benefits matters such as share-related, stock-option and bonus schemes, self-employment and management companies, present and deferred compensation structures, split salaries, secondments and international mobility issues.
Nour is a member of the Brussels Bar.
