About Peggy Klein
Peggy Klein specialises in construction law and project development. Her instructions tend to come from contractors, developers, investors and consultants, but also from housing associations and local authorities. An experienced litigator, Peggy knows her way around arbitration as well. She is frequently engaged to advise on the execution of construction projects, and to aid with the drafting and review of contracts, including area development and redevelopment contracts, turnkey and contracting contracts.
Peggy regularly gives lectures and teaches courses on such topics as forms of contract and guarantees in the construction sector, and on the Uniform administrative conditions for the execution of works and technical services 2012 (UAV 2012).
